Elizade University, Ilara-Mokin, Ondo State, is set to host the 2nd Bursary & Internal Audit Annual Lecture, a high-level academic and professional discourse aimed at strengthening transparency, accountability, and ethical standards in university administration.

 

The lecture, themed Ethics Under Pressure: Managing Financial Risks and Integrity in University Governance, will be delivered by the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Ilesa, Osun State, *Professor Taiwo Olufemi Asaolu*, a renowned scholar and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).

 

The event will be chaired by the Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA), Professor Adenike Temidayo Oladiji , while the Vice-Chancellor of Elizade University, Professor Philip Gbenro Oguntunde, will serve as the Chief Host.

 

Scheduled for Wednesday, March 4, 2026, the lecture will take place at the Faculty of Law Auditorium, Elizade University, Ilara-Mokin, Ondo State, with proceedings commencing promptly at 11:00 a.m.

 

The annual lecture series is part of Elizade University’s sustained commitment to promoting sound financial governance, ethical leadership, and institutional integrity within Nigeria’s higher education system. Members of the university community, financial professionals, auditors, academics, and stakeholders are expected to grace the occasion.
