Dr. Ismaila Olanrewaju ALABI

Engr. Dr. I.O. Alabi, a native of Ikija in Abeokuta North, Ogun State, Nigeria, received his primary and secondary education in Ibadan. He earned a National Diploma from The Polytechnic Ibadan and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. He also holds M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ibadan. From 2011 to 2018, he lectured at The Polytechnic Ibadan before joining Elizade University, Ondo State, where he is currently a Senior Lecturer. His specialization is in Thermofluids and Energy, with research interests including heat transfer, exhaust gas analysis, engine and hydroturbine performance, biogas generation, and solar-powered systems. His collaborative research extends to mechanical and automotive systems design, as well as the morphology, mechanical properties, and microstructural evolution of alloys and composite materials.
